Current Clearance

Edit - it's not doing the automatic $1.79 thing, but the other deals are working (25% off and free shipping). So there are still some great deals!

My friend C sent me this info - I haven't tried it yet, but I thought I'd get it out there.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know that at http://www.currentcatalog.com/ they are having a huge clearance on kids crafts, mostly Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas stuff. They have a bunch of stuff marked down to $2, $3, and $4, but it all went to $1.79 when I put it in my cart, not sure why. But the best part is that almost all of the crafts are packs of TWELVE, so if you do any sort of preschool co-op, or teaching, you can get 12 art projects for $1.79. If you're just doing this for yourself, like me, you will just have a lot of crafts to share. :)

I am pretty sure this deal is legit, but as always with things you find online, buy at your own risk. Although the site was quite busy earlier today, so some people on the message board where I read this had to call in their order, and it went through the same. I'm not sure why all the clearance is showing up at $1.79 instead of its listed price, or if that will change, but for right now this is an awesome deal!

There are also some online codes - use VIP in the coupon portion for an additional 25% off. And even better, use UE8 in the promo portion for free shipping.

Goody Coupon

Here's a link to a coupon for $2 off any Goody hair product.

I've been able to find them at Target and Walmart. LOVE this coupon!! There's a lot of clips and pony tail holders out there to be had for less than a buck. (Think stocking stuffers!!)

Buying Coupons

The coupons that you get in your Sunday papers vary from region to region. Not only the product, but the amounts vary also. Those on the East coast seem to get the higher values... Don't know why...

So, I have bought coupons on eBay or traded on A Full Cup or Slickdeals. You are not buying the coupons (that's against the rules), but you are paying for the persons time to cut, sort, etc.

I have also been a part of a Coupon Train. This is where you and 4-5 other people mail your coupons to each other. First person starts the train and mails to 2nd person. Second person takes out coupons that they want, then replaces those coupons with new ones. Second mails to 3rd. Rinse and Repeat. This works great unless you all shop the same deals at the same stores. Which is what happened in the train I was in... If anyone is interested in this, let me know and if there are enough that want to do it, I can hook you up with each others info.

Target Clearance

I found Ziploc baggies (sandwich size) on clearance for $.85. They are usually in the checkout lanes for $1. It's a hanging bag with 25 baggies in them. There are a bunch of Ziploc coupons and peelies out there, making these free or way cheap! If the coupon says "off any Ziploc container, or bag, etc", they can be used on these.

Also the Gillette Fusion and Venus razors were clearanced for $4.24. It's just the razor without refills. There are coupons for $4 off out there.

Bras and Panties

I just bought 2 Victoria's Secret bras and 1 pair of panties for $16 (including S&H)!!!

Here's how:

1 - Go to VS website.

2 - Put 2 of the bras that are on sale 2/$40 in your cart (or for about $4 more, add 2 bras that are 2/$44).

3 - Put 1 pair of these cotton panties in your cart (solid color).

4 - Go to checkout and make sure to check the box for promo codes.
Add these codes:
FA813789 for $10 off any bra
25PTY for $25 off any two full priced bras and free cotton panty

Total should be $16-$20 depending on which bras you ordered!!
