Kmart Double Coupons up to $3 1/18/09 - 1/24/09

Here we go again. This time they are doubling up to $3 in some areas (which is awesome!!) Unfortunately, I'm not in one of those areas... But my area is doubling up to $2, which is definitely worth a trip!
